well I thought I had already written this one up but it seems I haven't. So I am now in San Antonio. work is getting to a manageable level and I have been getting inspired to paint again. The my friends and boss here say it's about time.

As far as what is in my gallery.... The Beach Hut was left in Cali with my cool roommates daughter since it went with her room adn she liked it and I really needed to cut back on how much stuff I had since I was only allowing myself one trip to move my stuff-aka what I could either send or fit in my poor little xB.

Lady Seahorse is no more. Well I cut her out from that awful backround and kept her because I liked her. Moods currently has a mostly whited out beach and seeing it I am actually thinking of turning it into a white beach instead of the tan/sand colored one. One other painting which I dont' think I bothered to put in my gallery is now gessoed out.

I have been taking some pictures of the birds at work and have a coupel inspirations and I saw one on my bosses computer which I kind of thought was a horse head/eye though it was missing the eye ridge and is actually a close up of his Braham cow?(a neutered bovine). I said I liked it and would like to paint it so he may grab some picture like it for me to use as inspiration.

I think I will start with a shot from my camera of one of the Great HOrned Owl faces close up since hte detail isn't there then maybe I wont obsess over the details so much. I need to be faster in my paintings many people once again showed a fondness for my quickies not my ones I spent a lot of time on. One is on my friend wall here in Texas.

I was going to paint today but my friend had brought a load of my crap from MN when he came down for New Years and I needs to do some organization and cleaning.

Hopefully I may get to paint Sunday or next week. We'll see what happens.
